Ingredients
  

Butterfinger Balls Base

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter not all-natural types
  • 4 tablespoons butter softened (1/2 stick)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger bars

Coating

  • 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips

Optional Garnish

  • additional crushed Butterfingers, holiday sprinkles, or coarse salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until a thick dough forms.
  • Fold in the crushed Butterfinger bars gently.
  • Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate bark or chips. Dip each ball into the chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
  • Garnish immediately with crushed Butterfinger, sprinkles, or coarse salt if desired. Let set before serving.
