Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 8 oz rotini pasta uncooked
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped (optional)

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Grill or pan-fry seasoned chicken breast. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, parmesan, optional lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Toss until well coated.
  • Add croutons just before serving to maintain crunch. Season with black pepper.

Notes

Add lemon zest for brightness, or mix Caesar with ranch for a creamy twist. Store croutons separately to keep them crunchy.
