Instructions
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Grill or pan-fry seasoned chicken breast. Dice into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, chicken, parmesan, optional lettuce, and Caesar dressing. Toss until well coated.
Add croutons just before serving to maintain crunch. Season with black pepper.
Notes
Add lemon zest for brightness, or mix Caesar with ranch for a creamy twist. Store croutons separately to keep them crunchy.
