Ingredients
  

Dip Base

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 clove garlic minced or roasted
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs dill, parsley, or chives
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper freshly cracked

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Scrape down the sides, then blend again until fully creamy and whipped.
  • Stir in the fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

Notes

Try this dip as a spread for wraps, a sandwich base, or dolloped on baked potatoes. You can also add crushed red pepper or roasted veggies for variety.
