Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter cut into small pieces
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Add the steak cubes to the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
  • Top with pieces of butter evenly distributed over the steak.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until tender.
  • Optional: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For even more flavor, you can quickly sear the steak bites in a hot pan before adding them to the slow cooker. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or tuck into sandwiches for a delicious meal!
