Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 16 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup mini eggs some whole, some coarsely crushed
  • Easter-themed colored sprinkles
  • pastel chocolate melts optional, for swirling colors

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Melt the chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Do the same for pastel melts if using.
  • Spread the melted chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick. Drizzle pastel chocolate melts on top and swirl with a toothpick.
  • Sprinkle mini eggs (whole and crushed) and Easter-themed sprinkles over the soft chocolate. Press gently to set.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until completely set. Break into pieces and serve or store.

Notes

This bark is highly customizable. Use white chocolate, add crushed cookies, or mix in edible glitter for extra pizzazz. Perfect for Easter baskets and homemade gifts!
