Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat cooked pasta dry with paper towels.
Toss pasta with oil in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Drizzle warm chips with melted butter, then toss in cinnamon sugar to coat.
Serve warm or let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Notes
For extra flavor, use vanilla sugar or add a pinch of salt to the cinnamon sugar mix. Pairs perfectly with caramel or chocolate dipping sauces.
