Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked short pasta penne, rotini, or bowties work well
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil like avocado or vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp melted butter optional, for extra richness

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1–2 tsp ground cinnamon adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat cooked pasta dry with paper towels.
  • Toss pasta with oil in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  • Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  • In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Drizzle warm chips with melted butter, then toss in cinnamon sugar to coat.
  • Serve warm or let cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Notes

For extra flavor, use vanilla sugar or add a pinch of salt to the cinnamon sugar mix. Pairs perfectly with caramel or chocolate dipping sauces.
