Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen peaches thawed for 5 minutes
  • 1 medium banana cut into 1-inch chunks
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. sweetener optional
  • 1 tsp. lime zest optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add sweetener if needed. Blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately!
