  • 1 oz melon liqueur
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz heavy cream

Garnishes

  • whipped cream optional, for topping
  • 1 maraschino cherry optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, add ice, melon liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and heavy cream.
  • Shake well until chilled and smooth.
  • Strain the mixture into shot glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry if desired.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace melon liqueur with melon syrup and coconut rum with coconut milk.
