Ingredients
  

Steak Bites Marinade

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Toss the steak bites in the marinade, coating evenly. Let sit for 20 minutes if time allows.
  • Transfer the steak bites and marinade into the slow cooker.
  • Cook on LOW for 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours until tender.
  • Optional: For a crispier finish, broil the steak bites for 2-3 minutes after cooking.

Notes

For extra garlic butter flavor, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and stir it in right before serving. These bites are great tucked into sandwiches, served over mashed potatoes, or paired with your favorite roasted veggies!
